October. The AGM will be on 7th February 2009.

The AGM will be on Saturday 7th February 2009 at 11am in East Horsley Village Hall, Kingston Ave., East Horsley, Leatherhead, KT24 6QT.  Thiswill be followed by a pub lunch in West Horsley.  To reserve a place send a cheque for £5 per person to the Treasurer, Patricia Barrett at 5 Crossland Rd, Redhill, RH1 4AN before 21st November 2008."
