Scottish Branch Garden Visits

The Scottish Branch have arranged some garden visits for Sunday 4th July.

We will meet up at Iain Barbour's potato sheds at 11:00am. They are located at:

Rosefield,
Old Carlisle Road,
Annan
DG12 6QX

From Anna take the B721 towards Dornock for about 500 yards.

Iain will show us the new NVS varieties growin gin the field, explain his techniques and systems etc.

There will be an opportunity to buy "summer potatoes" and fertilisers.

Lunch will be served at the Gardenwise Garden Centre, Castle Douglas Road, Dumfries DG2 8PP.

In the afternoon we will visit Joe Proudlock at:

5 Birtwhistle Street,
Gatehouse of Fleet,
DG7 2JJ

Joe has an excellent garden and you are guaranteed to see superb vegetables and flowers along with a very warm welcome.
